裸花紫珠颗粒联合蒙脱石散保留灌肠治疗慢性放射性结肠炎疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of chronic radiation colitis by retention-enema with Luohua Zizhu granule and smectite powder

目的观察在为慢性放射性结肠炎(Radiation colitis,RC)患者实施治疗的过程中联合运用裸花紫珠颗粒和蒙脱石散所获得的效果.方法此研究将2019年7月-2022年7月这三年内在天津市河西区柳林医院接受慢性RC治疗的患者88例作为实验对象,患者的分组方式为随机数字表法,其中接受裸花紫珠颗粒联合蒙脱石散保留灌肠治疗的患者有44例,将其作为实验组,接受蒙脱石散保留灌肠治疗的患者有44例,将其作为对比组.结果治疗前两组患者相关应激状态指标、中医证候评分以及免疫学指标均无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后实验组患者的治疗效果、上述指标均显著差别于对比组患者(P<0.05).结论在为慢性RC患者实施治疗的过程中联合运用裸花紫珠颗粒和蒙脱石散保留灌肠这一方案获得了较为理想的治疗效果,有助于患者中医证候评分与相关指标的改善.

Objective To observe the effect of combination of Luohua Zizhu granule and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of chronic Radiation colitis(RC).Methods This study included 88 patients with chronic RC who were treated in hospital during the three years from July 2019 to July 2022.The patients were grouped b ryandom number table,among them,44 patients were treated bye rtentionenema with Luohua Zizhu granule and smectite powder as the expreimental group,and 44 patients were treated by retention-enem awith smectite powder as control group.Results The results showed that there were no significant differencesi n the indexes of stress state,TCM syndrome score and immunological indexes between the two gorups before treatment P(>0.05).The therapeutic effect and the above indexes after treatment in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control groupP(<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic RC patients,the combination of Luohua Zizhu granule and montmorillonite powder retention-enema has a better therapeutic effect,it is helpful for the improvement of TCM syndrome score and related indexes.
