摘要
目的 探讨三氧自体血回输疗法(ozonated autohemotherapy,O3-AHT)用于治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效及对血清细胞因子白介素-1β(interleukin-6,IL-1β)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)和血浆β-内啡肽水平的影响。方法 选择2021年6月至2022年5月在泰安市中心医院疼痛科就诊的带状疱疹后神经痛患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表分为A、B 2组,每组30例。A组为常规治疗组,给予普瑞巴林、度洛西汀药物治疗,并行椎旁神经脉冲射频治疗1次;B组在常规治疗的基础上,加用O3-AHT(1次/d,共7 d)。观察指标:记录2组患者治疗前、治疗第7天的疼痛视觉模拟(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分变化;检测两组患者治疗前、治疗第4天、治疗第7天的血清IL-1β、IL-6及血浆β-内啡肽水平。结果 治疗后A、B 2组患者VAS评分均较前下降,B组降低更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后2组患者血清IL-1β、IL-6含量降低,且B组低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后2组患者血浆β-内啡肽水平较治疗前均显著升高,且B组高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 O3-AHT联合常规治疗可明显缓解患者疼痛,降低血清IL-1β、IL-6含量,上调血浆β-内啡肽水平。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of ozonated autohemotherapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia and the effects on serum IL-1β,IL-6 and plasmaβ-endorphin levels.Methods:Sixty patients who were diagnosed with PHN in the Department of Pain,Tai’an City Central Hospital from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the subjects of study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into routine treatment group(Group A)and combined dozonated autohemotherapy group(Group B)(n=30 in each group).Patients in Group A were treated with pregabalin,duloxetine and a paravertebral nerve radiofrequency therapy,and those in Group B were treated with ozonated autohemotherapy(once per day,seven times in total)on the basis of Group A.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),β-endorphin were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:①After treatment,the VAS decreased,and that in the Group B was much lower(P<0.05).②Both interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and IL-6 decreased,and those in the Group B were more obviously lower(P<0.05);the levels of plasmaβ-endorphin in the two groups were significantly increased,and the level of plasmaβ-endorphin in Group B was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ozonated autohemotherapy has definite clinical effects,which can effectively control the pain and improve the quality of life of PHN patients,up-regulating the expression ofβ-endorphin in plasma and decreasing the content of IL-1βand IL-6 in serum.
