肠道门诊腹泻患者食源性疾病知信行调查

Survey on knowledge-attitude-practice of foodborne diseases among diarrhea patients in the Intestinal Clinic

摘要 目的了解肠道门诊腹泻患者食源性疾病知信行现状,为进一步开展健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法选取2021年5月至10月在安徽省公共卫生临床中心肠道门诊就诊的18岁以上腹泻患者作为研究对象,通过问卷的形式调查腹泻患者食源性疾病知信行现状,并探讨其相关影响因素。结果本次调查共发放问卷205份,回收有效问卷202份,回收率为98.54%。食源性疾病知识知晓率为71.29%、行为持有率为51.98%;食源性疾病态度方面,很感兴趣占14.85%、一般感兴趣占75.25%、不感兴趣占9.90%。单因素分析结果显示,食源性疾病行为在年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、家庭常住人口数、食源性疾病知识知晓情况、态度情况方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肠道门诊腹泻患者食源性疾病知识知晓率较高而行为持有率低,年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、家庭常住人口数、食源性疾病知识知晓情况和态度情况是影响食源性疾病行为的主要因素。 Objective To understand the status quo of knowledge-attitude-practice of foodborne diseases among diarrhea patients in Intestinal Clinic,so as to provide scientific basis for further health education.Methods From May to October 2021,diarrhea patients over 18 years old who visited the Intestinal Clinic of Anhui Provincial Public Health Clinical Center were selected as the research objects.The status of knowledge-attitude-practice on foodborne diseases in diarrhea patients was investigated by questionnaire,and the related influencing factors were explored.Results A total of 205 questionnaires were distributed in this survey,and 202 valid questionnaires were returned,with a recovery rate of 98.54%.The awareness rate of foodborne disease knowledge was 71.29%,and the behavior holding rate was 51.98%.In terms of attitude to foodborne diseases,14.85%were very interested,75.25%were generally interested,and 9.90%were not interested.The results of single factor analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in age,education level,family monthly income per capita,number of family permanent residents,knowledge of foodborne diseases,and attitude towards foodborne diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness rate of foodborne disease knowledge is high and the behavior holding rate is low among diarrhea patients in intestinal clinic.Age,education level,family monthly income per capita,number of family permanent residents,knowledge awareness and attitude of foodborne disease are the main factors affecting behavior of foodborne disease.
