本文总结1例便携式负压治疗乳腺癌术后皮下积液伤口的干预效果。通过便携式伤口负压技术,结合伤口管理的原则治疗,对伤口采取渗液管理、促进肉芽形成、改善局部循环、减轻组织水肿等处理措施。最终通过3个月余的局部负压治疗,患者在同步化疗期间左侧胸壁皮下积液伤口明显缩小至愈合。本文详细介绍了使用便携式负压仪器治疗乳腺癌术后皮下积液伤口的处理要点,并从术后皮下积液形成的原因、便携式负压在伤口中的作用、影响伤口愈合的因素等方面进行分析和总结,得出使用便携式负压仪器治疗乳腺癌术后皮下积液伤口具有费用低廉、取材方便、操作简单、创面愈合快和感染率低等优点的结论,也为日后处理此类问题提供借鉴和建议。

This paper summarized the nursing effect of a case of subcutaneous effusion wound after breast cancer surgery treated with portable negative pressure.Through the portable wound negative pressure technology,combined with the principle of wound management treatment,the wound was treated with seepage management,promoting granulation formation,improving local circulation,and reducing tissue edema.Finally,after more than 3 months of local negative pressure treatment,the patient's left chest wall subcutaneous effusion wound was significantly reduced to healing during synchronous chemotherapy.This paper introduces the main points of treatment of subcutaneous effusion wound after breast cancer surgery with portable negative pressure instrument in detail,and analyzes and summarizes the causes of postoperative subcutaneous effusion,the role of portable negative pressure in the wound,the factors affecting wound healing,etc.It is concluded that using portable negative pressure instrument to treat subcutaneous effusion wound after breast cancer surgery has the advantages of low cost,convenient material collection,simple operation,quick wound healing and low infection rate also provides reference and suggestions for future treatment of such problems.
