红光治疗仪联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床效果 被引量:2

Clinical Effect of Red Light Therapeutic Apparatus Combined with Mecobalamin in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

摘要 目的:探析在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中采用红光治疗仪联合甲钴胺治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2020年1月-2021年12月泉州市中医院收治的117例糖尿病周围神经病变患者。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(59例)和观察组(58例)。对照组采用甲钴胺治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用红光治疗仪治疗。对比两组神经传导速度(运动传导速度、感觉传导速度)、血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)]水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,同时对比两组不良反应。结果:治疗后,两组正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经的感觉传导速度和运动传导速度均较治疗前快,且观察组均快于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后FPG、2 h PG水平均低于对照组,且SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为6.78%,高于观察组的3.45%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对糖尿病周围神经病变患者,在甲钴胺治疗的基础上增加红光治疗仪治疗,能够有效控制血糖水平,减轻氧化应激反应,加快神经传导速度,加强临床效果,且不会额外增加不良反应。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of red light therapeutic apparatus combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Method:A total of 117 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to Quanzhou Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected,the patients were divided into control group(59 cases)and observation group(58 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Mecobalamin,and the observation group was treated with red light therapy instrument on the basis of the control group.The nerve conduction velocity(motor conduction velocity,sensory conduction velocity),blood glucose[fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandish blood glucose(2 h PG)]and superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the sensory conduction velocity and motor conduction velocity of median nerve,ulnar nerve and common peroneal nerve in both groups were faster than those before treatment,those in the observation group were faster than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG and 2 h PG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of SOD was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction incidence rate in the control group was 6.78%,which was higher than 3.45%in the observation group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:For diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients,adding red light therapeutic apparatus on the basis of Mecobalamin treatment can effectively control blood glucose level,reduce oxidative stress reaction,accelerate nerve conduction speed,strengthen clinical effect,and will not increase additional adverse reactions.
