临床路径在双相情感障碍负性情绪病种中的实施与运用

Implementation and Application of Clinical Pathway in Negative Emotional Diseases of Bipolar Disorder

目的:将临床路径(CP)应用在双相情感障碍(BD)负性情绪病种中,观察其应用价值。方法:选取赣州市第三人民医院2018年1月-2022年8月收治的60例BD负性情绪患者,随机分为对照组、试验组,各30例。对照组实施常规干预措施,基于此,试验组实施CP干预。比较两组住院时间、住院费用;于干预前后,比较两组生活能力[日常生活能力量表(ADL)]、生活质量[世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)];比较两组患者遵医行为、满意度。结果:与对照组相比,试验组住院时间更短,住院费用更低,遵医行为评分更高(P<0.05);干预后,两组ADL、WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分均明显提高,且试验组均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CP应用于BD负性情绪病种中,能够提高患者日常生活能力及生活质量,减少患者住院费用,缩短住院时间,且对提高遵医行为、满意度有一定作用。

Objective:To observe the application value of clinical pathway(CP)in negative emotional diseases of bipolar disorder(BD).Method:A total of 60 patients with BD negative emotions who were admitted to Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou from January 2018 to August 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention measures,and based on this,the experimental group received CP intervention.The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups.Before and after intervention,the living ability[activity of daily living scale(ADL)]and quality of life[World Health Organization quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BREF)]were compared.And the compliance behavior and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter,hospitalization expenses was lower and compliance behavior score was higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of ADL and WHOQOL-BREF each dimension in both groups were significantly improved,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CP applied in BD negative emotional diseases can improve patients'daily living ability and quality of life,reduce hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time,and has a certain effect on improving compliance behavior and satisfaction.
