俞募配穴拍打在痫病(虚痫证)并不寐(肝肾不足型)患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Shu Mu Point Tapping in Patients with Epilepsy(Deficiency Epilepsy Syndrome)and Insomnia(Liver Kidney Insufficiency Type)

目的:探讨俞募配穴拍打在痫病(虚痫证)并不寐(肝肾不足型)患者中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法,抽取于2022年2-6月在南昌大学第一附属医院就诊的120例患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组接受常规药物治疗和护理,试验组在对照组基础上同时接受俞募配穴拍打,然后对两组中医症候量表积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表积分、中医临床疗效、西医临床疗效进行统计分析。结果:干预1、3个月后,两组中医症候量表积分、PSQI量表积分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组中医总有效率、西医总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:俞募配穴拍打虚痫病(虚痫证)并不寐(肝肾不足型)的临床效果好。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Shu Mu point tapping in patients with epilepsy(deficiency epilepsy syndrome)and insomnia(liver kidney insufficiency type).Method:Using the convenience sampling method,120 patients who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from February to June 2022 were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine drug treatment and nursing,while the experimental group received Shu Mu point tapping on the basis of the control group at the same time,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale score,clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical efficacy of western medicine in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Result:After one month and three months of intervention,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale and PSQI scale were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine and the total effective rate of western medicine in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Shu Mu point tapping in the treatment of epilepsy(deficiency epilepsy syndrome)and insomnia(liver kidney insufficiency type)is good.
