中药搽洗改善早期四肢闭合性骨折术后肢体肿胀疼痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Improvement of Limb Swelling and Pain after Operation of Early Limb Closed Fracture by Liniment and Washing with Chinese Herbs

目的:探讨中药搽洗改善早期四肢闭合性骨折患者术后肢体肿胀疼痛的效果。方法:选取2022年1-9月景德镇市第二人民医院行手术治疗的共计100例早期四肢闭合性骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50)。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗方案的基础上增加中药搽洗治疗,对两组术后患肢肿胀情况、疼痛程度,生活质量及并发症进行比较。结果:治疗2周后,两组肿胀评分均降低(P<0.05),观察组评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);治疗2周后,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低(P<0.05),观察组评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);治疗2周后,两组世界卫生组织生活质量量表(WHOQOL-100)评分均提高(P<0.05),观察组评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(6.00%)较对照组(20.00%)更低(P<0.05)。结论:中药搽洗应用于早期四肢闭合性骨折治疗中,能够改善术后患肢肿胀情况,缓解患者疼痛程度,促进生活质量提高,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of liniment and washing with Chinese herbs on postoperative limb swelling and pain in patients with early limb closed fracture.Method:A total of 100 patients with early limb closed fracture who underwent surgical treatment in the Second People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from January to September 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group added liniment and washing with Chinese herbs treatment on the basis of the conventional western medicine treatment scheme.The swelling,pain degree of the affected limb,the quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment,the swelling scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of WHO quality of life(WHOQOL-100)scale in both groups were improved(P<0.05),the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group(6.00%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of liniment and washing with Chinese herbs in the treatment of early limb closed fracture can improve the swelling of affected limbs,relieve the pain of patients,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
