从“冲脉为病”论治高血压病

Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypertension from Perspective of Thoroughfare Vessel Disease

冲脉为血海,且动而不止,为顺行脉的主干。人体血压与气机关系最为密切,气机失常是高血压病的根本病因,气虚、气逆、气滞皆可导致冲气上逆,进而引起脉压升高。因此,防治高血压病,宜收敛冲气、镇摄冲气、平冲降逆、补冲、泄冲逆,佐以补气、降胃、疏肝、平肝、清肝、益肾、健脾、祛湿化浊等法,调畅五脏六腑和十二经脉之气机,使机体气血得通,气机升降调和,其病则愈。

Thoroughfare vessel,in which a sea of blood is stored,is the trunk of vertical vessels and always in action,from which many diseases arise.Human blood pressure is most closely related to the Qi and Qi activity disorder is the fundamental cause of hypertension.For example,Qi deficiency,Qi inversion or Qi stagnation can lead to the upturn of Qi,and then cause the rise of pulse pressure.Therefore,in order to prevent the occurrence of high blood pressure,all kinds of abnormal uprising Qi activity should be regulated by restraining,suppressing,balancing,tonifying or discharging methods,supplemented by tonifying Qi,descending Stomach Qi,soothing Liver Qi,clearing Liver Heat,tonifying Kidney and Spleen,dispelling Dampness and Tubid.Hence the Qi activity of the whole body can be regulated,the good condition of Qi and blood movement would be recovered.With harmonious Qi movement within body,the high blood pressure disease would be cured.
