亚临床系统评价理论体系研究建立与应用探索

Research and practical exploration on the theoretical system of subclinical system evaluation

亚临床是指人的生理机能处于健康与疾病之间的一种状态(包括临床疾病前期和疾病康复后期),即生理系统器官、组织、功能的异常尚没有达到或超过疾病诊断的阈值,各种症状表现尚不符合临床医学有关疾病的诊断标准,但已表现为一定时间内的生理活力降低、功能或适应能力减退的症状.亚临床与亚健康的生理本质是类似的,但此研究中使用了亚临床的概念,目的是要突出其评价判断具有临床诊断的数据性、规范性、生理结构与代谢的可测评性,而"亚"有表示其在临床之外的状态.此文从理论依据、基本观点、评价原则、评价内容、评价工具、评价程序、评价分级等方面对亚临床系统评价理论体系研究与实践探索进行了阐述,为规范亚临床健康管理提供评价标准和评价方法,为采用系统营养、节律运动和生活方式等方法对亚临床实现科学化、处方化系统干预提供了科学支撑.

Sub-clinical is an intermediate state between health and disease(include the early stage of clinical disease and the late stage of rehabilitation),it means the abnormal organs,tissues and functions of the physiological system have not reached or exceeded the threshold value of disease diagnosis,and the manifestations of various symptoms do not meet the diagnostic standards of clinical medicine related diseases,however,it has been manifested in a certain period of reduced physiological vitality,functional or adaptive symptoms.Subclinical and subhealth are similar in their physiological nature,but here we use the concept of subclinical,whose purpose is to highlight the clinical diagnostic data,normative,physiological structure and metabolic measurement of its evaluation,and"subclinical"refers to its status outside the clinical.In this paper,the theoretical basis,basic point of view,evaluation principle,evaluation content,evaluation tools,evaluation procedures,evaluation grade and other aspects of research and practical exploration on the theoretical system of subclinical system evaluation are expounded.It provides the evaluation standard and method for standardizing subclinical health management.It also provides scientific support for Scientific and prescription-oriented of subclinical intervention,intervention of systematic nutrition,rhythmic movement and lifestyle.
