慢性心衰患者出院准备度现状及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of the status quo and related influencing factors of discharge readiness in patients with chronic heart failure

目的探析慢性心衰患者出院准备度现状,并分析相关影响因素.方法以前瞻性分析的方式纳入井冈山大学附属医院2020年1月-2022年1月收治的慢性心衰患者72例作为研究对象,设计基线资料调查表,详细统计所有患者的临床资料,调查并对比患者相关资料差异,将可能的因素纳入,采用多元线性回归分析慢性心衰患者出院准备度的相关影响因素.结果经评估72例慢性心衰患者出院准备度评分范围80-110分,平均(98.50±8.50)分.不同文化程度、病程、社会支持以及希望水平的慢性心衰患者RHDS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);后经线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度、病程、社会支持以及希望水平是慢性心衰患者出院准备度的影响因素(P<0.05).结论慢性心衰患者出院准备度处于中等水平,文化程度、病程、社会支持以及希望水平是慢性心衰患者出院准备度的影响因素.

Objective To explore the status quo of discharge readiness of patients with chronic heart failure,and analyze the related influencing factors.Methods Prospective analysis,72 patients with chronic heart failure who were admited to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were taken as the research object.A baseline data questionnaire was designed to collect the clinical data of all patients in detail,investigate and compare the differences of patients'relevant data,and include possible factors.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the relevant factors affecting the discharge readiness of patients with chronic heart failure.Results After evaluation,72 patients with chronic heart failure were scored 80-110 points,with an average score of(98.50±8.50).The RHDS scores of chronic heart failure patients with different education level,course of disease,social support and hope level were statistically significant(P<0.05);the results of linear regression analysis showed that education level,course of disease,social support and hope level were the influencing factors of discharge readiness of patients with chronic heart failure(P<0.05).Conclusion The discharge readiness of patients with chronic heart failure is at a medium level,and education level,course of disease,social support and hope level are the influencing factors of discharge readiness of patients with chronic heart failure.
