医院-社区-家庭的联动护理管理对肺结核患者的影响分析

Analysis on the influence of hospital community family linkage nursing management on pulmonary tuberculosis patients

目的探讨医院-社区-家庭的联动护理管理对肺结核患者的影响.方法选取2021年北京市昌平区结核病防治所登记管理的475例肺结核患者,按照随机分组的方式将其分为观察组(237例)和对照组(238例),对照组按一般护理方式开展护理,观察组应用医院-社区-家庭的联动护理管理.比较两组患者护理干预前后自我管理能力(药物管理、饮食管理、症状管理、心理和社会适应)、生存质量评分(心理状态、健康教育、生活状况、社会关系)以及按时服药率、按时复查率、疾病知晓率.结果观察组药物管理、饮食管理、症状管理、心理和社会适应等自我管理能力评分和心理状态、健康教育、生活状况、社会关系等生存质量评分以及按时服药率、按时复查率、疾病知晓率均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05).结论医院-社区-家庭的联动护理管理能有效提高肺结核患者的自我管理能力、生活质量以及临床治疗依从率、疾病知晓率.

Objective To explore the influence of hospital community family linkage nursing management on pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods 475 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis registered and managed in our hospital in 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group(237 cases)and the control group(238 cases).The control group was nursed according to the general nursing method,and the observation group applied the linkage nursing management of hospital community family.The self-management ability(drug management,diet management,symptom management,psychological and social adaptation),quality of life scores(psychological status,health education,living conditions,social relations),and the rate of taking medicine on time,the rate of re examination on time,and the rate of disease awareness were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing intervention.Results The scores of selfmanagement ability such as drug management,diet management,symptom management,psychological and social adaptation,the scores of quality of life such as psychological status,health education,living conditions,social relations,the rate of taking drugs on time,the rate of re examination on time,and the rate of disease awareness in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital community family linkage nursing management can effectively improve the self-management ability,quality of life,clinical treatment compliance rate and disease awareness rate of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.
