循证思想指导下辩证施护结合针刀对颈椎病患者的疼痛、颈椎活动功能及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of dialectical nursing combined with acupotomy under the guidance of evidence-based ideas on pain,cervical mobility and sleep quality in patients with cervical spondylosis

目的研究循证思想指导下辩证施护结合针刀对颈椎病患者的疼痛、颈椎活动功能及睡眠质量的影响.方法选取2021年1月-2022年12月寻乌县人民医院收治的70例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=35)及对照组(n=35),对照组行针刀联合常规护理干预,观察组行循证思想指导下辩证施护干预,比较两组患者的护理质量、疼痛指标与颈椎活动功能及睡眠质量水平、护理满意度.结果施护后,观察组的护理质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);施护后两组疼痛指标、颈椎功能指标分数均有所降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);施护后,两组睡眠质量各项指标分数均有所下降,且观察组水平低于对照组(P<0.05).施护后,观察组护理满意度97.14%高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05).结论循证思想指导下辩证施护有利于提高颈椎病患者护理质量,减轻颈椎疼痛与麻痹状况,促进颈椎日常活动能力的恢复,减少睡眠障碍,让患者更加满意.

Objective To investigate the effects of dialectical nursing combined with acupotomy under the guidance of evidence-based ideas on pain,cervical mobility and sleep quality in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 70 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35).The control group received acupotomology combined with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received dialectical nursing intervention under the guidance of evidence-based thought.The nursing quality,pain index,cervical motion function,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of pain indexes and cervical function indexes were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of sleep quality indexes in both groups were decreased,and the level of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of observation group was 97.14%higher than that of control group 82.86%(P<0.05).Conclusion Dialectical nursing under the guidance of evidence-based thought is beneficial to improve the quality of care for patients with cervical spondylosis,alleviate cervical pain and paralysis,promote the recovery of cervical daily activity ability,reduce sleep disorders,and make patients more satisfied.
