Teach back护理模式在老年社区获得性肺炎中的实施效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究Teach back护理模式在老年社区获得性肺炎(CAP)中的实施效果.方法选取2019年1月-2022年6月景德镇市第五人民医院高新区收治的82例患CAP的老年患者,依据系统随机法分为两组,对照组41例,采用常规健康教育,观察组41例,采用Teach back健康教育护理模式,对比干预后两组患者的健康素养、生活质量、自护能力以及整体护理满意度.结果干预后,观察组患者的健康素养评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的圣·乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论将Teach back护理模式应用于老年CAP患者健康教育中,不仅可以提高患者健康素养和自护能力,改善生活质量,同时还可以提高患者对整体护理的满意度. Objective To explore the effect of Teach back nursing model in elderly community acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with CAP admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the systematic randomized method.The control group(41cases)received conventional health education and the observation group(4lcases)received Teach back health education and nursing mode.Health literacy,quality of life,self-care ability and overall nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the health literacy score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of St.George Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the self-care Ability Scale(ESCA)score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);after intervention,Newcastle Nursing Service Satisfaction Scale(NSNS)score of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Teach back nursing model in the health education of elderly CAP patients can not only improve the health literacy and self-care ability of patients,improve the quality of life,but also improve the satisfaction of patients on the overall care.
