目的探讨社区开展安宁疗护必要性与实用性.方法选取北京市丰台区宛平社区卫生服务中心2022年4月-2022年5月收治的68例就诊患者,通过健康讲座、面对面指导和建立微信群等方式,向社区居民推广安宁疗护的意义和重要性,使社区居民及家属接受安宁疗护的观念,并对比患者参加讲座后的应用效果.结果相比讲座前,讲座后社区居民对安宁疗护的理解和认知有了极大变化,P<0.05.结论在社区开展安宁疗护是极有必要的.

Objective To explore the necessity and practicality of palliative care in the community.Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic diseases admitted to the community from April 2022 to May 2022 were selected to promote the significance and importance of palliative care to community residents through health lectures,face-to-face guidance and the establishment of WeChat groups,so that community residents and their families could compare and apply the concept of palliative care.Results Compared with before the lecture,the understanding and cognition of palliative care by community residents after the lecture changed greatly,P<0.05.Conclusion Palliative care in the community is essential.
