摘要
目的探究凝血功能、FDP、D-二聚体诊断恶性肿瘤的效能。方法选取2021年3月—2022年3月就诊于乳山市人民医院的疑似恶性肿瘤患者180例为研究对象,均进行凝血功能与FDP、D-二聚体检验,以病理检验为金标准,对凝血功能与FDP、D-二聚体单一检验以及联合检验的检验结果与效能进行分析。结果病理检验结果显示,180例疑似恶性肿瘤患者中恶性肿瘤90例,占比50.00%,非恶性肿瘤90例,占比50.00%,恶性肿瘤患者APTT、PT、TT、FIB、FDP、D-D表达高于非恶性肿瘤患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);凝血功能与FDP诊断恶性肿瘤69例,D-二聚体诊断恶性肿瘤82例,联合诊断恶性肿瘤89例;联合诊断灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、符合率分别为97.78%、98.89%、98.88%、97.80%、98.33%,明显高于单一D-二聚体诊断数据86.67%、95.56%、95.12%、87.76%、91.11%,高于凝血功能与FDP诊断数据70.00%、93.33%、91.30%、75.68%、81.67%。结论针对恶性肿瘤的诊断采用凝血功能与FDP、D-二聚体联合诊断效果更好,具有较高的灵敏度以及特异度,能够有效避免疾病误诊或漏诊发生。
Objective To explore the efficacy of coagulation function,FDP and D-dimer in the diagnosis of malignant tumors.Methods 180 patients with suspected malignant tumor admitted to Rushan People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The results and efficacy of coagulation function,FDP,D-dimer test and combined test of FDP and D-dimer were analyzed using pathological test as the gold standard.Results The results of the pathological test showed that,in 180 patients with suspected malignant tumors,90 cases of final malignant tumors accounted for 50.00%,and 90 cases of non-malignant tumors accounted for 50.00%.The expression of APTT,PT,TT,FIB,FDP,D-D in malignant tumors were higher than those in non-malignant tumors,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);69 cases of malignant tumors were diagnosed by coagulation function and FDP,82 cases were diagnosed by D-dimer,and 89 cases were diagnosed by combination of D-dimer and FDP.The diagnostic coincidence rates of combined diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and coincidence rate were 97.78%,98.89%,98.88%,97.80%and 98.33%respectively,which were significantly higher than those of single D-dimer diagnostic data 86.67%,95.56%,95.12%,87.76%and 91.11%,which were higher than those of coagulation function and FDP diagnostic data 70.00%,93.33%,91.30%,75.68%and 81.67%.Conclusion The combined diagnosis of coagulation function,FDP and D-dimer is better for the diagnosis of malignant tumors,with high sensitivity and specificity,can effectively avoid misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis of diseases.
