PCT、CRP、Fib及血常规联合检测在肛周脓肿诊断中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Combined PCT,CRP,Fib and Blood Routine Examination in the Diagnosis of Perianal Abscess

目的分析肛周脓肿诊断中应用血清降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fib)、血常规联合检测方式的效果。方法回顾性分析吉林市中西医结合肛肠医院2020年2月—2022年2月期间接收的150例疑似肛周脓肿患者临床资料,将术中病理检验作为金标准,所有患者均接受PCT、CRP、Fib、血常规联合检测,对比联合检测的结果。结果150例疑似肛周脓肿患者中确诊149例,其中肛周脓肿早期51例、中期49例、晚期49例,联合检测中确诊患者例数为145例,联合检测的准确率为97.33%,灵敏度为97.32%,特异度为100.00%;肛周脓肿晚期患者PCT、CRP、Fib、中性粒细胞数以及白细胞计数水平与肛周脓肿早期和中期患者对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛周脓肿患者应用联合检测具有较高诊断准确性,可对其病症严重程度进行判断,为临床诊断提供科学参考依据。

Objective To analyze the effect of combined serum procalcito-nin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),fibrinogen(Fib)and blood routine examination in the diagnosis of perianal abscess.Methods Retrospective analysis 150 patients with suspected perianal abscess received by Jilin Anorectal Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2020 to February 2022 of clinical date were selected.Intraoperative pathological examination was used as the gold standard.All patients received PCT,CRP,Fib and blood routine combined detection.The results of combined detection were compared.Results Among the 150 patients with suspected perianal abscess,149 cases were diagnosed,including 51 cases of early perianal abscess,49 cases of middle perianal abscess and 49 cases of late perianal abscess.The number of patients diagnosed in the combined detection was 145 cases.The accuracy of the combined detection was 97.33%,the sensitivity was 97.32%,and the specificity was 100.00%.The data of PCT,CRP,Fib,neutrophil count and white blood cell count in patients with advanced perianal abscess compared with early and mid-term patients with perianal abscess,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined test has high diagnostic accuracy in patients with perianal abscess and can determine the severity of the disease,providing a scientific reference for clinical diagnosis.
