马来酸麦角新碱联合应用米索前列醇治疗产后出血的效果

Effect of Ergotrine Maleate Combined with Misoprostol in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨马来酸麦角新碱联合应用米索前列醇在产后出血治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月—2022年6月菏泽医学专科学校附属医院72例产后出血患者,随机分为对照组(马来酸麦角新碱治疗)与观察组(马来酸麦角新碱联合米索前列醇治疗),各36例,对比两组患者治疗效果,出血控制情况,凝血功能指标,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.22%高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.222,P<0.05)。观察组出血控制状况、凝血功能指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论马来酸麦角新碱联合米索前列醇在产后出血治疗中应用价值较高,不仅可以改善出血状况和凝血功能,且有助于整体治疗效果提升。

Objective To investigate the effect of ergotrine maleate combined with misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 72 patients with postpartum hemorrhage from the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from September 2020 to June 2022,they were randomly divided into a control group(treated with ergometrine maleate)and an observation group(treated with ergometrine maleate combined with misoprostol),with 36 patients each.The therapeutic effects,bleeding control,coagulation indexes,and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.22%higher than 77.78%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.222,P<0.05).The bleeding control status and coagulation function indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ergotrine maleate combined with misoprostol has high application value in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,which can not only improve bleeding conditions and coagulation function,but also contribute to the improvement of the overall therapeutic effect.
