Investigation on the Effect of Spleen Movement on Gout Complicated with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Based on Intestinal Microenvironment

痛风合并2型糖尿病以反复发作的急性关节炎、高尿酸、高血糖以及相应靶器官损害为主要表现,发病率、复发率高,严重影响患者的生活质量,加重经济负担。本病的中医治疗可改善脾胃功能,调节肠道菌群,改善肠道微环境,降低尿酸、血糖及炎性因子水平进而控制疾病的发生发展,为痛风合并2型糖尿病提供新的治疗方向。
