干眼治疗的研究进展

Research Progress of Dry Eye Treatment

干眼是临床上常见的一种多因素眼表疾病,患者常伴随干涩感、异物感、烧灼感等眼部症状。近年来干眼发病率逐渐上升,且逐渐呈低龄化态势,对患者的健康和社会经济造成了极大的负担,因此寻求有效的治疗方法具有重要意义。目前临床上主要采用人工泪液治疗干眼,虽可有效改善患者症状,但若没有从病因入手进行治疗,极易复发。随着人们对干眼的认识不断加深,临床上出现了诸如新型人工泪液、自体血清、新型抗炎药物、强脉冲光、膳食补充剂、腺体移植等新型治疗手段。本文总结近年来国内外干眼的治疗方法,展开详细综述。

Dry eye is a common multifactorial ocular surface disease in clinical practice.Patients are often accompanied by ocular symptoms such as dryness,foreign body sensation,and burning sensation.In recent years,the incidence of dry eye has gradually increased,and it is gradually showing a trend of younger age,which has caused a great burden on the health and social economy of patients.Therefore,it is of great significance to seek effective treatment methods.At present,artificial tears are mainly used to treat dry eye clinically.Although it can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,if the cause is not treated,it is very easy to relapse.As people's understanding of dry eye continues to deepen,new treatments such as new artificial tears,autologous serum,new anti-inflammatory drugs,intense pulsed light,dietary supplements,and gland transplantation have emerged clinically.This paper summarizes the treatment methods of dry eye at home and abroad in recent years,and conducts a detailed review.
