以思维导图为基础的健康教育对四肢关节内骨折患者依从性、自我感受负担的影响 被引量:1

Effects of health education based on mind mapping on compliance and self-perceived burden of patients with intra-articular fracture of the extremities

摘要 目的 探讨以思维导图为基础的健康教育在四肢关节内骨折患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年7月至2021年7月收治的80例四肢关节内骨折患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组开展常规健康教育,观察组开展以思维导图为基础的健康教育。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预前,两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分无明显差异(P>0.05);干预6个月,观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预6个月,观察组的依从性评分高于对照组,自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、Barthel指数评分无明显差异(P>0.05);干预6个月,观察组的GSES、Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对四肢关节内骨折患者开展以思维导图为基础的健康教育可有效提升依从性、自我效能、日常生活能力,减轻自我感受负担,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on mind mapping in patients with intra-articular fracture of the extremities.Methods A total of 80 patients with intra-articular fracture of the extremities admitted from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received health education based on mind mapping.The intervention effects between the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 6 months of intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and Barthel index scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 6 months of intervention,the GSES and Barthel index scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on mind mapping can effectively improve compliance,self-efficacy,daily living ability and reduce self-perceived burden in patients with intra-articular fracture of the extremities.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
