摘要
目的 探讨个体化医学营养疗法结合运动疗法对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者血糖水平、母婴不良结局的影响。方法 选择2019年5月至2021年5月本院收治的100例GDM患者为研究对象,采用硬币分组法将其分为联合组(个体化医学营养疗法+运动疗法,n=50)和参照组(常规护理,n=50)。比较两组的护理效果。结果 护理后,两组的血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)及转铁蛋白(TFN)水平均升高,且联合组高于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均降低,且联合组低于参照组(P<0.05)。联合组的护理总依从率高于参照组(P<0.05)。联合组的不良结局总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 个体化医学营养疗法结合运动疗法可改善GDM患者营养状况,稳定血糖水平,提高治疗依从性,改善妊娠结局,为母婴健康提供可靠保障。
Objective To explore the effects of individualized medical nutrition therapy combined with exercise therapy on blood glucose levels and maternal and infant adverse outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 100 GDM patients admitted in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into combined group(individualized medical nutrition therapy+exercise therapy,n=50)and reference group(routine nursing,n=50)by coin grouping method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB),total protein(TP)and transferrin(TFN)in the two groups increased,and those in the combined group were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial plasam glucose(2 h PG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the two groups decreased,and those in the combined group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The total nursing compliance rate of the combined group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse outcomes in the combined group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized medical nutrition therapy combined with exercise therapy can improve the nutritional status of GDM patients,stabilize blood glucose levels,improve treatment compliance,improve pregnancy outcomes,and provide reliable protection for maternal and infant health.
