基于同质医疗理念的创新型护理对老年骨质疏松性骨折患者自我效能、健康信念的影响

Effects of innovative nursing based on homogeneous medical concept on self-efficacy and health belief of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture

目的 基于同质医疗理念的创新型护理在老年骨质疏松性骨折中的应用效果。方法 按随机抽签法将120例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者分为对照组(n=60,骨折围术期常规护理)和观察组(n=60,在对照组基础上采用基于同质医疗理念的创新型护理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的骨密度、骨保护素水平及骨质疏松症自我效能量表(OSES)、骨质疏松症健康信念量表(OHBS)评分高于对照组,细胞核因子κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理服务态度、人文关怀水平、健康宣教成效评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将基于同质医疗理念的创新型护理应用于老年骨质疏松性骨折患者中,可提高患者健康信念、自我效能及满意度,改善治疗效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of innovative nursing based on homogeneous medical concept in elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture.Methods According to the random lottery method,120 elderly patients with osteoporotic fractures were divided into control group(n=60,routine perioperative care for fractures)and observation group(n=60,innovative nursing based on homogeneous medical concept on the basis of the control group).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the bone density,osteoprotegerin levels,Osteoporosis Self Efficacy Scale(OSES)and Osteoporosis Health Belief Scale(OHBS)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand(RANKL)level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of nursing service attitude,humanistic care level and health education effectiveness were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The innovative nursing based on homogeneous medical concept applied in elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture can improve their health belief,self-efficacy and satisfaction,and ameliorate the therapeutic effect.
