摘要
在医学教育中其重要的组成之一是实验教学。机能学实验主要研究人、整体动物或离体器官的正常机能,研究疾病发生以及药物作用引发的实验现象的实验课程。同时,机能学实验的教学也在不断改革和创新。机能学实验采用实践教学,使学生在实验中,加深对理论知识的消化和理解,通过实验,提高学生的动手能力;通过记录并统计实验数据,培养学生良好的实验能力,在实验中,使理论知识从感性认知上升到理性认知的高度,而且能够促进医学生培养操作技能、临床思维的重要阶段,通过实践教学,实验结合课本理论知识的教学,师生互动、提高了教学质量。帮助学生理论联系实际,增强教学的互动性、实践性和效果性,学生的学术能力和学习效率得到了提高。文章以右心衰竭为范例介绍机能学实验对医学生教学中的应用探讨。
One of its important components in medical education is experimental teaching.Functional experiments mainly study the normal functions of humans,whole animals,or isolated organs,and study the occurrence of diseases and experimental phenomena caused by drug action.At the same time,the teaching of functional experiments is constantly undergoing reform and innovation.Functional experiments adopt practical teaching to deepen students'digestion and understanding of theoretical knowledge,and improve their hands-on abilities through experiments.By recording and statistical experimental data,students'good experimental abilities are cultivated.In the experiment,theoretical knowledge is elevated from perceptual cognition to rational cognition,and it can promote the important stage of medical students'development of operational skills and clinical thinking.Through practical teaching,experiments are combined with textbook theoretical knowledge teaching,and teacher-student interaction improves teaching quality.Helping students integrate theory with practice,enhancing the interactivity,practicality,and effectiveness of teaching,has improved students'academic abilities and learning efficiency.This article takes right heart failure as an example to introduce the application of functional experiments in the teaching of medical students.
