课程思政在胸外科教学中的实践与探索 被引量:1

摘要 胸外科是一门专业性较强的二级临床学科,具有专业性极强的特点,相关疾病的内容与概念抽象、复杂。目前高等医学院校的传统教学模式主要重视医学专业知识及技能的传授,而对思想政治教育重视不足,导致部分学生在以后的职业生涯中出现不同的思想问题。如何在本科阶段加强医学人文教育,课程思政提供了新的教育思路。在胸外科教学改革中笔者对“课程思政”进行了初步的探索,坚持“知识传授”与“思想政治教育”同向同行,做到全程全方位育人,争取实现培养德才兼备的高素质医学人才的目标。研究就课程思政在胸外科教学实践中的应用价值、思政元素挖掘及实现课程思政的途径和方法等方面进行探讨,为高校教育教学改革提供经验。 and complex.At present,the traditional teaching mode in medical colleges and universities mainly pays attention to the teaching of medical professional knowledge and skills,but pays insufficient attention to ideological and political education,which leads to different ideological problems in the future career of some students.How to strengthen the medical humanities education in the undergraduate stage provides a new educational idea for the course ideological and political education.In the teaching reform of thoracic surgery,we have made a preliminary exploration of"curriculum ideological and political education",adhered to the same direction of"knowledge transfer"and"Ideological and political theory education",achieved the full range of education,and strived to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality medical talents with both political integrity and ability.This study discusses the application value of ideological and political education in thoracic surgery course teaching,the mining of ideological and political elements,and the ways and methods to achieve ideological and political theory education,to provide our experience for the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities.
