Seminar联合案例教学法在血液科带教中的应用

摘要 目的分析Seminar联合案例教学法对血液科硕士研究生临床思维能力培养的效果。方法随机抽取2019年1月—2020年12月于昆明医科大学第一附属医院血液科实习的50名研究生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。对照组均采用传统讲授式教学,观察组采用Seminar联合案例教学法实施教学。对比两组入科前、后理论知识与病例分析成绩考核结果差异,对比两组对教学模式满意程度差异。结果观察组入科后理论知识考核评分明显高于对照组,成绩优异率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组入科后病例分析成绩明显高于对照组,成绩优异率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对教学方案的总满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Seminar联合案例教学法在血液科硕士研究生带教中的应用效果较好,可稳固学科研究生基础理论知识,并能提高其临床思维能力,改善其对病例资料的分析能力。 Objective To analyze the effect of Seminar combined case teaching method on the training of clinical thinking ability of academic postgraduates in hematology department.Methods A total of 50 graduate students who practiced in the hematology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group adopted traditional lecturing teaching,and the observation group adopted Seminar joint case teaching method.The difference of theoretical knowledge and case analysis results before and after admission were compared between the two groups,and the difference of satisfaction with teaching mode was compared between the two groups.Results After the assessment,the observation group’s theoretical knowledge assessment score was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the excellent performance rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s case analysis results after the assessment were significantly higher than the control group,and the excellent performance rate was significantly higher than the control Group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group to the teaching program was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Seminar combined case teaching method has a good application effect in the teaching of academic postgraduates in the department of hematology.It can stabilize the basic theoretical knowledge of subject postgraduates,improve their clinical thinking ability,improve their ability to analyze case data,and promote their value Significantly.
