新时代背景下康复医学与理疗学专硕临床实践培养模式的研究

摘要 目的探讨健康中国2030时代背景下的康复医学与理疗学专硕临床实践培养模式及效果。方法选择2018年6月—2020年6月康复医学与理疗学专硕学生132名为对象,根据临床实践培养模式分为试验组和对照组,各66名。对照组采用传统的临床实践培养模式,观察组在对照组基础上联合健康中国2030时代背景下新型专硕临床实践培养模式,两组均完成12个月实践培养,比较两组课程考核成绩、临床决策能力水平、学生临床实践技能考核成绩及满意度。结果观察组理论考试、实验成绩、平时成绩及网络测试与总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组寻找解决问题方法、确定解决问题目标、反复评价实施效果及再次搜索相关信息评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床综合知识、临床病历书写、病历分析与答辩、临床技能操作和求知欲评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除培养内容外,观察组培养模式、培养效果、师生关系及技能提升满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康中国2030时代背景下新型专硕临床实践培养模式用于康复医学与理疗学专硕学生中,有助于提升课程考核成绩、临床决策能力及学生临床实践技能,有助于改善学生表现能力。 Objective To explore the clinical practice training mode and effect of rehabilitation medicine and physiotherapy under the background of Healthy China 2030 era.Methods A total of 132 students with master's degree in rehabilitation medicine and physiotherapy from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group,with 66 students in each group,according to the cultivation mode of clinical practice.The control group adopted the traditional clinical practice training mode,and the observation group combined with the new professional master clinical practice training mode under the background of Health China 2030 era on the basis of the control group.Both groups completed the 12-month practice training,and compared the course assessment results,clinical decision-making ability level,students'clinical practice skills and ability assessment results and satisfaction.Results The results of theory examination,experiment,ordinary scores,network test and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in finding problem-solving methods,determining problem-solving objectives,repeatedly evaluating implementation effects and re-searching relevant information,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical comprehensive knowledge,clinical record writing,medical record analysis and defense,clinical skill operation and intellectual curiosity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition to the cultivation content,the cultivation mode,cultivation effect,teacher-student relationship and skill improvement satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the background of Healthy China 2030 era,the new model of clinical practice training for professional and master students is used in rehabilitation medicine and physiotherapy students..
