摘要
目的:探讨电针对营养性肥胖鼠脂肪因子及脂肪酸合成酶(fatty acid synthetase,FAS)的影响。方法:将50只SPF级C57BL/6小鼠,采用随机数字表法选取6只作为正常组,余下44只建立营养性肥胖小鼠模型。8周后,筛选出体质量大于正常组均值20%的肥胖鼠18只,随机均分成模型组、电针14天组、电针28天组,每组6只。观察各组小鼠的体质量、Lee’s指数、血清血脂[(cholesterol,CHO)、(triglycerides,TG)]、脂肪因子[(leptin,LP)、(adiponectin,ADPN)]及脂肪和肝脏组织中的FAS的变化情况。结果:模型组体质量、Lee’s指数、CHO、TG、LP、ADPN及脂肪和肝脏组织中的FAS含量均显著高于正常组(P<0.01),经电针治疗后均显著下降(P<0.01),其中电针28天组优于电针14天组(P<0.05),且电针28天组变化明显(P<0.05)。结论:电针可纠正营养性肥胖小鼠的血脂异常,良性调控肥胖鼠脂肪酸合成酶的代谢功能,达到减肥的效果。
Objective:To survey the influence of electroacupuncture on adipokines and fatty acid synthetase(FAS)in diet-induced obese mice.Methods:Among 50 SPF level C57BL/6 mice,six mice were chosen as the normal group by using random number table method,and the remaining 44 mice were built into the mice models with diet-induced obesity.After eight weeks,18 obese rats with body weight greater than 20%of the average of the normal group were selected,randomized into the model group,14-day electroacupuncture group and 28-day electroacupuncture group,eight mice each group.To observe body mass,Lee's index,serum lipids(CHO,TG)and adipokines(LP and ADPN)as well as the changes of FAS in fat and liver tissue of the mice in different groups.Results:The model group was noticeably higher than the normal group in body mass,Lee's index,CHO,TG,LP,ADPN and the contents of FAS in the fat and liver tissue(P<0.01),these indicators decreased noticeably after electroacupuncture treatment(P<0.01),among them,28-day electroacupuncture group was better than 14-day electroacupuncture group(P<0.05),and the changes of 28-day electroacupuncture group were remarkable(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture could correct abnormal blood lipid and regulate the metabolic function of fatty acid synthetase positively,thus realizing the effects of losing the weight.
