逍遥散联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的效果及对事件相关电位的影响

Effect of Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Olanzapine in Patients with Schizophrenia and Its Influence on Event-related Potential

目的:探究逍遥散联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的效果及对事件相关电位的影响。方法:选取2019年3月-2021年9月福建省福州神经精神病防治院收治的80例精神分裂症患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组40例和观察组40例。对照组采用奥氮平治疗,观察组则采用逍遥散联合奥氮平治疗。比较两组的精神分裂症治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分及事件相关电位指标(P300潜伏期及波幅)。结果:观察组的精神分裂症治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的PANSS评分及事件相关电位指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、8周,观察组的PANSS评分均低于对照组,P300潜伏期均短于对照组,P300波幅均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的效果较好,安全性较高,且可显著改善患者的事件相关电位,因此在精神分裂症患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaoyao Powder combined with Olanzapine in patients with schizophrenia and its influence on event-related potential.Method:A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia in Fuzhou Neuro-psychiatric Hospital,Fujian Province from March 2019 to September 2021 were selected,they were divided into control group 40 cases and observation group 40 cases according to the random number table method.The control group were treated with Olanzapine,the observation group were treated with Xiaoyao Powder combined with Olanzapine.The total effective rate of schizophrenia treatment,adverse reaction rate,positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)scores and event-related potential indexes(P300 latency and amplitude)before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of schizophrenia treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the total adverse reaction rate was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PANSS scores and event-related potential indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,PANSS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,P300 latency were shorter than those in control group,and P300 amplitude were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Xiaoyao Powder combined with Olanzapine in the patients with schizophrenia is better,its safety is higher,and it can significantly improve the event-related potential of patients,so its application value in the patients with schizophrenia is higher.
