不同喂养方式对妊娠期糖尿病患者产后体质指数和糖脂代谢恢复以及新生儿体质量的影响评价

Effect of Different Feeding Methods on Postpartum Body Mass Index,Recovery of Glucose and Lipid Metabolism and Neonatal Body Mass in Pregnant Women with Diabetes

目的评价妊娠期糖尿病患者应用不同喂养方式对于患者产后体质指数和糖脂代谢恢复的效果。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月福建省福州市罗源县医院进行产前检查、分娩及产后42 d随访的78例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据双盲法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组患者产后采用人工喂养方式,观察组产后采用母乳喂养方式,将两组妊娠期糖尿病患者的恢复情况进行对比。结果观察组产后42 d体质量、体质指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数、三酰甘油、总胆固醇均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿出生后42 d体质量(4942.56±611.52)g高于对照组,胆红素(9.00±0.52)mg/dl低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者采用产后母乳喂养方式可以促进体质量的恢复,改善糖代谢指标。

Objective To evaluate the effect of different feeding methods on the recovery of postpartum body mass index and glucose and lipid metabolism in pregnant women with diabetes.Methods 78 patients with gestational diabetes who underwent prenatal examination,delivery and 42 d follow-up from June 2021 to June 2022 in Luoyuan County Hospital,Fuzhou,Fujian Province were selected.According to the double blind method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 cases each.The patients in the control group received artificial feeding after delivery,and the patients in the observation group received breast feeding after delivery.The recovery of the patients with gestational diabetes was compared between the two groups.Results The body weight,Body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin resistance index,triacylglycerol,and total cholesterol in the observation group 42 d after delivery were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body mass of newborns in the observation group at 42 d after birth was(4942.56±611.52)g higher than that in the control group,while bilirubin(9.00±0.52)mg/dl was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum breastfeeding can promote the recovery of body mass and improve glucose metabolism in pregnant women with diabetes.
