摘要
目的研究分析一种有效的糖尿病肾病早期生化检验方法,旨在为后续的临床研究提供参考。方法以2020年5月—2021年5月期间在铁岭市清河区医院接受治疗的42例确诊为糖尿病肾病患者为观察组,另选取同期接受体检的42名健康人群为对照组,两组人群均接受生化检查,分析检查结果。结果观察组的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血肌酐(Cr)等血液生化指标水平以及尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)等尿液生化指标水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种检测方法同时应用时准确率为97.6%、单一血液生化指标检测准确率为83.3%,尿液为76.2%。结论糖尿病肾病情况十分严重,需要及时诊断并采取治疗措施,而进行早期生化指标检查,可以通过hs-CRP、Cr等水平值分析患者的情况,但单一进行血液生化指标或者尿液生化指标检查准确率不高,需要采取联合应用的模式。
Objective To study and analyze an effective early biochemical test for diabetic nephropathy with the aim of providing reference for subsequent clinical studies.Methods 42 patients diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy who received treatment at Qinghe District Hospital in Tieling City between May 2020 and May 2021 were used as the observation group,and another 42 healthy people who received check-ups at the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups received biochemical tests and the test results were analyzed.Results The levels of blood biochemical indicators such as hs-CRP,blood creatinine(Cr),and urine biochemical indicators such as microalbumin(mAlb)in the observation group were compared with those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the accuracy rate of the two testing methods applied simultaneously during the period could reach 97.6%,the accuracy rate of the single blood biochemical index test was 83.3%,and the urine was 76.2%for urine.Conclusion The situation of diabetic nephropathy is very serious and requires timely diagnosis and therapeutic measures,and early biochemical index examination can be performed to analyze the patient′s situation by the level values of hs-CRP and Cr,but the accuracy of single blood biochemical index or urine biochemical index examination is not high,and the mode of combined application is needed.
