阿卡波糖片联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平、空腹胰岛素水平的影响及安全性分析

Effect of Acarbose Tablets Combined with Metformin on Blood Glucose Levels,Fasting Insulin Levels and Safety Analysis in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析在2型糖尿病患者治疗中,阿卡波糖片联合二甲双胍的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月-2021年1月成都市郫都区人民医院收治的70例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,依据抽签法分为两组,各35例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿卡波糖片治疗,对比两组疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者血糖水平、空腹胰岛素(FINS)以及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血糖水平以及HOMA-IR均较对照组低、FINS水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.71%低于对照组的11.43%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在二甲双胍治疗基础上叠加阿卡波糖片治疗2型糖尿病患者效果理想。

Objective To analyze the application value of acarbose tablets combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Seventy patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the People′s Hospital of Pidu District,Chengdu from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the method of drawing lots,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,while the observation group was treated with acarbose tablets on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose levels,fasting insulin(FINS),and homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the blood glucose level and HOMA-IR of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the FINS level was higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.71%lower than 11.43%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of metformin treatment,the effect of adding acarbose tablets to treat type 2 diabetes patients is ideal.
