糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗中低血糖反应及其护理效果研究

Study on Hypoglycemic Reaction and its Nursing Effect in Hemodialysis Treatment of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的分析糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗中低血糖反应及护理效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月陆军第七十三集团军医院接受治疗的82例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,按照硬币法将其分为比照组(常规护理)及干预组(优质护理),各41例,观察两组护理效果。结果干预组自我感受负担评分低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组生存质量各项评分均高于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组并发症总发生率低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者在接受血液透析治疗过程中,给予其优质护理措施,能减轻自我感受负担,显著提高生存质量,减少并发症发生情况,护理效果更佳。

Objective To analyze the hypoglycemic reactions and nursing effects in hemodialysis treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 82 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated at the Army 73rd Group Military Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a comparison group(conventional care)and an intervention group(quality care)according to the coin method,with 41 cases each.The nursing effect was observed between the two groups.Results The self-perceived burden score of the intervention group was lower than the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of quality of survival in the intervention group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of hemodialysis treatment for patients with diabetes nephropathy,giving them high-quality nursing measures can reduce the burden of self perception,significantly improve the quality of life,reduce the occurrence of complications,and achieve better nursing results.
