中医护理对糖尿病患者血糖控制效果及生活质量的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Blood Glucose Control and Quality of Life of diabetes Patients

目的探讨中医护理对糖尿病患者血糖控制效果及生活质量的影响,为糖尿病患者预后提供参考。方法本研究选取2021年2月—2022年4月在厦门市第五医院收治的82例糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例)。对照组采取常规护理措施。观察组采取中医护理,比较两组糖尿病患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白指标变化,评价患者生活质量状况,并统计患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量得分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施中医护理,能够改善糖尿病患者的血糖水平,提高糖尿病患者的预后生存质量和护理效果。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on blood glucose control and quality of life of diabetes patients,and provide reference for the prognosis of diabetes patients.Methods 82 patients with diabetes who were admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from February 2021 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases).The control group took routine nursing measures.The observation group took traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The changes of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups of diabetes patients were compared,and the quality of life of the patients was evaluated and the nuring effect were calulated.Results The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The quality of life score of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing for diabetes patients can improve the blood glucose level of diabetes patients,and improve the prognosis,life quality and nursing effect of diabetes patients.
