音乐联合前瞻性护理在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者围术期中的应用价值

The Value of Music Combined with Prospective Care in the Perioperative Period of Patients with Uterine Fibroids Combined with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者围术期应用音乐联合前瞻性护理的可行性。方法选择2019年6月—2022年1月来厦门市妇幼保健院就诊的子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者90例,以随机数表法划分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施音乐联合前瞻性护理。对比两组患者血糖水平、并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果护理前,两组患者各项血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者感染、低血糖并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者心理功能、生理功能、社会关系及治疗影响方面的生活质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者应用音乐联合前瞻性护理,能够显著调节患者血糖水平,降低并发症发生率,强化生活质量。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of applying music combined with prospective care in the perioperative period for patients with uterine fibroids combined with diabetes mellitus.Methods From June 2019 to January 2022,90 patients with hysteromyoma complicated with diabetes who came to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital for medical treatment were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group with 45 cases in each group by the method of random digital table.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while patients in the observation group received music combined with prospective nursing care.Blood glucose levels,complication rates,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in various blood glucose levels between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as infection and hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of patients in the observation group in terms of psychological function,physiological function,social relations,and treatment impact were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of music combined with prospective care for patients with uterine fibroids combined with diabetes mellitus can significantly regulate patients′blood glucose levels,reduce the incidence of complications and strengthen their quality of life.
