妊娠期糖尿病患者采用门冬胰岛素注射液进行治疗的价值分析

Value Analysis of Insulin Aspartate Injection in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者接受门冬胰岛素注射液治疗的价值。方法选择2019年4月—2022年4月山东省成武县人民医院收治的150例GDM患者,通过随机掷骰子法将其分为比对组和研究组,每组75例。比对组患者给予二甲双胍口服给药治疗;研究组给予门冬胰岛素注射治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的临床指标变化情况、不良反应发生率、新生儿风险事件发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者的临床指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者的临床指标均显著优于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率(4.00%)显著低于比对组(14.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿的风险事件发生率(心功能异常、黄疸、低血糖、呼吸窘迫、巨大儿)均显著低于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予门冬胰岛素注射治疗GDM,可以更加稳定患者的临床指标,降低不良反应发生率,减少对新生儿心功能发育的影响,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the value of insulin aspartate injection in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 150 GDM patients admitted to Chengwu County People's Hospital of Shandong Province from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected and divided into comparison group and study group by random dice method,with 75 cases in each group.The patients in the comparison group were given oral administration of metformin;the study group was treated with insulin aspart injection.The changes of clinical indexes,the incidence of adverse reaction and incidence of neonatal risk events before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in clinical indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the study group(4.00%)was significantly lower than that of the comparison group(14.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal risk events(cardiac dysfunction,jaundice,hypoglycemia,respiratory distress,macrosomia)in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin aspartate injection in the treatment of GDM can stabilize the patient's clinical indicators,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and reduce the influence on the development of neonatal cardiac function.The therapeutic effect is significant.
