细节护理运用在终末期糖尿病肾病(DN)血液透析中对提高护理满意度的影响分析

Effect of Detail Management on Improving Nursing Satisfaction in Endstage Diabetic Nephropathy(DN)Hemodialysis Nursing

目的探讨细节护理运用在终末期糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)血液透析护理中对提高护理满意度的影响分析。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月厦门大学附属第一医院接受血液透析治疗的128例DN患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,各64例,对照组开展常规护理,研究组开展细节护理。比较两组患者护理前后的对疾病应对方式、不良情绪、综合营养及生活质量评分,统计护理过程中不良反应的发生率,并比较两组患者护理后对护理的满意度。结果护理后,两组对疾病应对方式中的消极应对、不良情绪、综合营养评分均较护理前降低,且研究组低于对照组;疾病应对方式中积极应对、生活质量评分较护理前均提升,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DN患者在血液透析护理中开展细节护理,可有效地将疾病应对从消极转变为积极,并减少不良情绪,改善患者营养状态,减少不良反应的发生,总体提升生活质量,获得患者较高的满意度,效果理想。

Objective To discuss the effect of detail management on improving nursing satisfaction in end-stage diabetic nephropathy(DN)hemodialysis nursing.Methods 128 DN patients,treated by hemodialysis from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to January 2022,were selected as the study object,they were divided into two groups by random number table.The control group carried out routine care,and the study group carried out detailed care.Compared the disease response style,bad mood,comprehensive nutrition and quality of life before and after nursing,count the incidence of adverse reactions during nursing,and compared the satisfaction of the two groups with nursing after nursing.Results After nursing,the negative coping,negative mood and comprehensive nutrition scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the study group were lower than the control group,the positive coping and quality of life scores of the disease coping methods were higher than before nursing,and the study group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion DN patients'detailed care in hemodialysis care can effectively change the disease response from negative to positive,reduce bad mood,improve the nutritional status of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,improve the overall quality of life,and obtain high satisfaction of pa tients,and the effect is ideal.
