探讨循证护理对外伤性下肢骨折合并糖尿病患者的影响

Exploring the Impact of Evidence-based Care on Patients with Traumatic Lower Limb Fracture and Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨循证护理对外伤性下肢骨折合并糖尿病患者的影响分析。方法选取2020年1月—2022年6月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的外伤性下肢骨折合并糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,各30例,对照组开展常规护理,研究组开展循证护理。比较两组患者护理前后血糖水平、对健康知识掌握评分,统计术前血糖达标、住院及随访骨折愈合时间,并统计患者对护理的满意度评价。结果护理后,两组患者的血糖水平较护理前均降低,且研究组低于对照组,两组患者对糖尿病饮食、糖尿病日常生活、骨折术后康复的健康知识掌握评分较护理前均提升,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术前血糖达标、住院及随访骨折愈合时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对护理的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外伤性下肢骨折合并糖尿病患者中,开展循证护理干预,可明显降低血糖水平,改善患者对健康知识掌握的能力,缩短术前血糖达标、住院及随访骨折愈合时间,有效提升患者对于护理的满意度,效果理想。

Objective To explore the impact of evidence-based care on patients with traumatic lower limb fracture and diabetes mellitus.Methods 60 patients with traumatic lower limb fracture and diabetes admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into two groups by random number table method,30 patients in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the study group carried out evidence-based nursing.Compared the blood glucose levels and health knowledge scores of the two groups of patients before and after nursing,counted the preoperative blood glucose level,hospitalization and follow-up fracture healing time,and evaluated the satisfaction of patients with nursing.Results After nursing,the blood sugar level of the patients in two groups was lower than that before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,the scores of the patients in two groups on diabetes diet,diabetes daily life,and health knowledge of postoperative rehabilitation were higher than those before nursing,and the study group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group's preoperative blood glucose standard,hospitalization and follow-up fracture healing time were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction with nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In pa tients with traumatic lower limb fracture and diabetes,evidence-based nursing intervention can significantly reduce the blood sugar level,improve the ability of patients to master health knowledge,shorten the time of preoperative blood sugar reaching the standard,hospitalization and follow-up fracture healing,and effectively improve patients'sat isfaction with nursing.The effect is ideal.
