探讨强化护理干预在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用

Exploring the Application of Intensive Nursing Interventions in Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的观察强化护理干预在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用分析。方法选取2019年1月—2022年1月福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者120例,以随机数表法分成两组,各60例。其中一组接受常规护理干预,为对照组,另一组接受强化护理干预,为研究组。比较两组患者在治疗前后的血糖指标水平与视力水平,评价护理后对于治护的依从性优良率,统计患者对于护理干预的满意度。结果治疗前两组患者血糖指标水平与视力水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组血糖指标水平较治疗前明显下降,其中研究组下降程度更明显,而视力水平较治疗前有所提升,其中研究组提升程度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者在护理后对于各项治护依从性优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者在护理指导下,对护理的总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中,实施以强化护理干预,可显著改善患者血糖与视力水平,提高患者对于各项行为的依从性,获得患者一致满意,效果理想。

Objective To observe the analysis of the application of intensive nursing intervention in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of one hundred and twenty patients admitted with the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy at Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups of sixty patients each by the random number table method.One group received conventional nursing intervention as the control group and the other group received intensive nursing intervention as the study group.The levels of blood glucose indexes and visual acuity of the patients in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The excellent rate of compliance with treatment and care was evaluated,and the patients'satisfaction with the nursing intervention was counted.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups of the blood glucose index levels and visual acuity levels before treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the blood glucose index level of both groups decreased significantly compared with that before the treatment,and the decrease was more obvious in the study group,the level of visual acuity was improved compared with that before treatment,and the improvement was more obvious in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the study group had a significantly higher excellent rate of compliance with all treatments after care than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group under nursing guidance,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with diabetic retinopathy,the implementation of intensive nursing interventions can significantly improve patients'blood glucose and visual acuity levels and improve patients'compliance with various behaviors,which is satisfactory and consistent with patients'satisfaction.
