连续性血糖监测与整体性护理方案在糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Continuous Blood Glucose Monitoring and Holistic Nursing Program in Nursing of Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Acute Pancreatitis

目的分析连续性血糖监测与整体性护理方案在糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年6月福建医科大学孟超肝胆医院肝胆外科收治的60例糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,将所选患者利用信封法分为对照组(连续性血糖监测+常规护理方案)及研究组(连续性血糖监测+整体性护理方案),每组30例。对比两组患者并发症发生率、血糖水平。结果研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血糖相关生化指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎患者展开护理期间,给予其连续性血糖监测与整体性护理方案,护理效果显著,减少并发症发生情况;患者血糖相关生化指标水平也均有所改善。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous blood glucose monitoring and holistic nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute pancreatitis.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,60 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute pancreatitis who were admitted to the department of hepatobiliary surgery,Mengchao Hepatobiliary Hospital of Fujian Medical University were selected as the research objects.The selected patients were divided into control group(continuous blood glucose monitoring+routine nursing program)and study group(continuous blood glucose monitoring+holistic nursing program)by envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The incidence of complications and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of blood glucose related biochemical indexes in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the nursing of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute pancreatitis,continuous blood glucose monitoring and holistic nursing program were given to them,and the nursing effect was remarkable,reducing the occurrence of complications.The levels of biochemical indexes related to blood glucose were also improved.
