协同护理对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者并发症、生活质量的影响分析

Effect of Collaborative Nursing on Complications and Quality of Life in Hemodialysis Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究糖尿病肾病血液透析患者接受协同护理对其生活质量以及并发症的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年7月在泉州市第一医院血液透析室接受血液透析治疗的糖尿病肾病患者80例,将其随机分为两组。对照组(40例)接受常规护理,观察组(40例)在常规护理基础上增加协同护理,比较两组的并发症发生率和生活质量评分。结果观察组的并发症发生率(5.0%)小于对照组(20.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将协同护理运用在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的临床护理上优势显著,既可以预防并发症的发生,同时也可以提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the effects of collaborative nursing on the quality of life and complications of hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods Eighty patients with diabetes nephropathy who received hemodialysis treatment in the hemodialysis room of Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)received routine care,while the observation group(40 cases)added collaborative care on the basis of routine care.The complication rate and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group(5.0%)was lower than that in the control group(20.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of various quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of collaborative nursing in the clinical nursing of hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy has significant advantages,which can not only prevent the occurrence of complications,but also improve the quality of life of patients.
