胰岛素泵治疗儿童糖尿病酮症酸中毒的临床疗效及对其血糖水平的影响

Effect of Insulin Pump on Clinical Efficacy and Blood Glucose Levels in Children with Diabetic Ketoacidosis

目的探讨儿童糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿应用胰岛素泵治疗对患儿临床疗效及血糖水平的影响。方法选取2016年3月—2022年3月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的120例儿童糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿作为研究对象。随机分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例),对照组予以胰岛素静脉滴注治疗,观察组予以胰岛素泵治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患儿各项糖尿病相关指标及血糖指标水平均显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率、各项临床指标、糖尿病相关指标及血糖指标水平与并发症总发生率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵治疗应用于儿童糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿的临床疗效确切,改善其临床指标,在维持良好的血糖水平及降低并发症发生率方面效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of applying insulin pump treatment on the clinical efficacy and blood glucose level of children with diabetic ketoacidosis in children.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of children with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Lingcheng District People's Hospital from March 2016 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.And randomly divided into control group(sixty cases)and observation group(sixty cases).The control group was treated with insulin intravenous drip,and the observation group was treated with insulin pump.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of all diabetes-related indexes and blood glucose indexes in two groups of patients children were significantly better than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical efficiency,all clinical indexes,diabetesrelated indexes and blood glucose index levels and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of insulin pump therapy in children with diabetic ketoacidosis is definite,and it improves the clinical indexes and has significant effects in maintaining good blood glucose levels and reducing the incidence of complications.
