参芪地黄汤加减治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in Treating Diabetic Nephropathy with Deficiency of Qi and Yin

目的观察参芪地黄汤加减治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的临床疗效。方法随机选择2019年1月—2022年1月甘州区人民医院内分泌科治疗的DN患者80例进行临床研究。随机分为两组,各40例,参比组患者给予常规治疗,参芪组患者在常规治疗基础上给予中药汤剂参芪地黄汤加减进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖、肾功能、中医症候评分变化以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c与治疗前相比均改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后两组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,参芪组24 hPRO、mAlb、Scr、BUN低于参比组,而GFR高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参芪组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于参比组82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪地黄汤对于气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病具有较好的临床效果,不仅能够改善患者肾脏功能,还能够提高疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy(DN)of qi yin deficiency type.Methods A clinical study was conducted on 80 patients with DN who were randomly selected from the Endocrinology Department of Ganzhou District People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022.Randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.Patients in the reference group were given routine treatment,while patients in the Shenqi group were given the traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Shenqi Dihuang Decoction,on the basis of routine treatment.Compared the changes in blood glucose,renal function,TCM syndrome scores,and clinical efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c in the two groups improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the PRO,mAlb,Scr,and BUN in the Shenqi group at 24 hours were lower than those in the reference group,while the GFR was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Shenqi group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang Decoction has good clinical effect on diabetic nephropathy with both qi and yin deficiency,which can not only improve the kidney function of patients,but also improve the curative effect.
