百蕊颗粒联合注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾治疗儿童化脓性扁桃体炎的临床评估

Clinical Evaluation of Bairui Granules Combined withAmoxicillin Sodiumand Clavulanate Potassium for Injection in the Treatment of Children with Suppurative Tonsillitis

目的 探讨百蕊颗粒联合注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾治疗儿童化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年12月广州市白云区妇幼保健院收治的化脓性扁桃体炎患儿90例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(百蕊颗粒联合注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾治疗,45例)和对照组(注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾治疗,45例)。比较两组临床症状消退时间,治疗前及疗程结束时血清炎症指标,治疗总有效率及用药相关不良反应率。结果 观察组治疗后发热,咽喉疼痛,扁桃体肿大、黄白色脓点消退时间均早于对照组,血清C反应蛋白与降钙素原均低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05,P <0.01)。两组用药相关不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 以百蕊颗粒联合注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾治疗儿童化脓性扁桃体炎,可以更快改善临床症状,降低炎性反应,提高疗效,应用安全有效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Bairui Granules combined with Amoxicillin Sodium and Clavulanate Potassium for Injection in the treatment of the children with suppurative tonsillitis.Methods A total of 90 children with suppurative tonsillitis treated in Guangzhou Baiyun District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly assigned into observation(Bairui Granules+Amoxicillin Sodium and Clavulanate Potassium for Injection,n=45)and control(Amoxicillin Sodium and Clavulanate Potassium for Injection,n=45)groups with the random number table method.The time to subsidence of clinical symptoms in the two groups was recorded,and the serum levels of inflammation indicators were determined before and after treatment in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the drug adverse reactions were recorded.Results The observation group showed shorter time to subsidence of fever,sore throat,enlarged tonsils,and yellow-white pus points,lower serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT),and higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of drug adverse reactions had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bairui Granules combined with Amoxicillin Sodium and Clavulanate Potassium for Injection can quickly alleviate the symptoms and reduce inflammation in the treatment of children with suppurative tonsillitis,demonstrating significant therapeutic effect and high safety.
