肿瘤恶病质中医诊治研究进展

Diagnosis and Treatment of Cancer Cachexia by Traditional Chinese Medicine:A Review

肿瘤恶病质(CC)是晚期恶性肿瘤的主要并发症,可直接或间接引起患者死亡,其机制仍不明确,是临床治疗难点,目前中医药已成为CC治疗的重要替代和补充治疗手段。CC的炎性因子表达与痰瘀互结证候关系密切,实验室和临床研究均提示中草药、针灸对CC存在治疗作用,炎症状态改善是其主要机制。本文通过对2010年1月1日-2022年10月1日中国知网(CNKI)万方医学网、PubMed、SCIE数据库的文献进行检索,经分析归纳后共纳入47篇中英文文献,综述近年来中医诊治CC的研究进展,旨在为临床提供循证依据,为开展进一步临床研究打下基础。

Cancer cachexia(CC),a major complication of advanced malignant tumors,can directly or indirectly cause deaths.Because of the unclear mechanism,CC is difficult to be treated in clinical practice.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has become a major alternative or complementary treatment method for CC.The expression of inflammatory cytokines in CC is associated with the syndrome of phlegm combined with stasis.Both laboratory and clinical studies suggest that Chinese herbal medicines,acupuncture,and moxibustion exert therapeutic effects on Cc by alleviating inflammation.A total of 47 relevant articles were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Med Online,PubMed,and SCIE with the time interval from January 1,2010 to October 1,2022.We reviewed the progress in the TCM diagnosis and treatment of CC,aiming to provide evidence for clinical practice and lay a foundation for further clinical research.
