牡丹非药用部位化学成分和药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Components and Pharmacological Effects of Non-medicinal Parts of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.

牡丹栽培历史悠久,种植广泛,其药用部位以牡丹皮为主,其余非药用部位常被丢弃,造成资源浪费。近年来随着牡丹药用价值研究的不断深入和应用的发展,非药用部分渐成市场的新宠。目前国内有关非药用部分的研究报道大多集中于其提取物或单体化合物的药理药效方面。因此,牡丹非药用部位的开发利用受到了人们的关注,进一步探讨其药理功能及相关化学成分对于促进牡丹产业发展有着重要意义。研究表明,牡丹非药用部位富含芍药苷、多酚类、没食子酸和常规营养成分,具有美容护肤、抗炎抑菌、抗氧化等功效。同时还发现牡丹具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒、抗血小板聚集等药理活性。国内外已经用牡丹提取物和活性成分,包括黄酮类、萜烯类、生物碱和皂苷等研制了许多化妆品。此外还发现牡丹具有抗肿瘤、抗真菌、抗细菌、降血糖以及抗衰老等药理功能。这说明牡丹非药用部位具有较高利用价值。此外,还可将牡丹非药用部分作为原料进行提取分离得到其他有效成分,如多酚化合物、黄酮化合物、鞣质等。目前关于牡丹非药用部位的研究报道较少,需要更深入的研究和开发。因此,我们应加大对非药用部位在各行业中的研发力度,促进我国非药用部位资源综合利用水平不断提升。笔者通过对牡丹非药用部位的化学成分和药理作用的研究进行综述,为其深入开发利用提供参考。

Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.has a long history of cultivation and a wide planting area.The main medicinal part is the bark,and the rest of the non-medicinal parts are often discarded,resulting in a waste of resources.In recent years,with the deepening of the research on the medicinal value of P.suffruticosa and the development of its application,the non-medicinal parts have gradually become the new favorite in the market.At present,the research reports in China on the non-medicinal parts mostly focus on the pharmacological effects of extracts or monomeric compounds.Therefore,the development and utilization of the non-medicinal parts of P.suffruticosa have attracted people's attention.It is of great significance to further explore its pharmacological functions and related chemical components for promoting the development of the P.suffruticosa industry.Studies have shown that the non-medicinal parts of P.suffruticosa are rich in paeoniflorin,polyphenols,gallic acid,and conventional nutrients,with the effects of beauty,skincare,anti-inflammatory,bacteriostatic,antioxidant,and other effects.At the same time,it has been found that P.suffruticosa has anti-tumor,antibacterial,antiviral,and anti-platelet aggregation pharmacological activities.Many cosmetics prepared from P.suffruticosa extracts and active components,including flavonoids,terpenes,alkaloids,and saponins,have been developed in China and abroad.In addition,P.suffruticosa has been found to have anti-tumor,anti-fungal,anti-bacterial,blood sugar-lowering,anti-aging,and other pharmacological functions,indicating that the non-medicinal parts of P.suffruticosa have high utilization value.In addition,the non-medicinal parts of P.suffruticosa can be used as raw materials to extract and separate other effective components,such as polyphenol compounds,flavonoids,and tannins.Currently,there are few reports on the non-medicinal parts of P.suffruticosa,and more in-depth research and development are needed.Therefore,the research and development of nonmedicinal parts in various industries should be increased to promote the comprehensive utilization level of non-medicinal resources.This paper reviewed the chemical components and pharmacological effects of non-medicinal parts of P.suffruticosa to provide references for their further development and utilization.
