面向韧性城市的国外公共图书馆服务研究综述

[目的/意义]探讨韧性视域下国外公共图书馆服务研究现状,为今后公共图书馆参与韧性城市建设的一系列研究提供理论参考。[方法/过程]基于国外相关研究文献,首先阐释公共图书馆参与韧性建设的理论基础,其次分析总结公共图书馆参与韧性城市建设的服务内容,最后提出未来研究展望。[结果/结论]公共图书馆是韧性城市建设不可或缺的一部分,研究从社区韧性、信息韧性、文化韧性三个层面论述图书馆如何用具体行动构建与社会的紧密连结,帮助社会建设韧性。未来研究可从5个方面进行拓展深化:基于元概念“韧性”构建“面向韧性城市的公共图书馆服务”概念体系,构建公共图书馆在韧性城市建设中的角色定位框架,构建面向韧性城市的公共图书馆适应性服务体系,开展面向韧性城市的公共图书馆韧性治理研究,拓展以公共图书馆服务理论为参照的韧性城市理论框架。

[Purpose/Significance]This paper discusses the current research status of foreign public library services from the perspective of resilience,and provides a theoretical reference for a series of research on public libraries participating in the construction of resilient cities in the future.[Method/Process]Based on relevant foreign research literature,the study first explained the theoretical basis of public library participation in resilience building,then analysed and summarised the service content of public library participation in resilience building,and finally provided future research prospects.[Result/Conclusion]Public libraries are an integral part of resilient cities,and the study discusses how libraries can build a strong connection with society through concrete actions to help build resilience for society at three levels:community resilience,information resilience,and cultural resilience.It is proposed that future research can be expanded and deepened from five aspects:to construct the concept system of“public library services for resilient cities”based on the meta-concept“resilience”,to establish the role positioning framework of public libraries in the construction of resilient cities,to build an adaptive service system of public libraries for resilient cities,to conduct research on the resilience governance of public libraries for resilient cities;and to expand the theoretical framework of resilient cities based on public library service theory.
