摘要
研究了反式聚辛烯(TOR)对废旧特种HNBR再生胶改性及其在车用耐油胶管内层胶中的应用;结果表明,添加TOR改性特种再生胶内层胶的性能优于添加未改性特种再生胶;随着TOR改性特种再生胶用量的增加,胶料的硬度、拉伸强度、伸长率及撕裂强度呈下降趋势,压缩永久变形呈上升趋势;老化后胶料的硬度、拉伸强度大于老化前,伸长率小于老化前;高温耐油后,胶料的硬度、拉伸强度及伸长率均有所降低;当TOR改性特种再生胶用量为12份时,胶料的性价比最高;其硬度、拉伸强度、伸长率、撕裂强度及压缩永久变形分别为72、16.13 MPa、39.32 kN/m、283%及39.5%;老化后的拉伸强度、伸长率变化率分别为+5.7%、-13.1%,耐油后的拉伸强度、伸长率变化率分别为-8.3%、-19.2%。
This article studies the modification of waste special HNBR recycled rubber with trans polyoctene(TOR)and its application in the inner layer of oil resistant rubber pipes for vehicles.The results showed that the performance of the inner layer rubber with TOR modified special recycled rubber was superior to that without modified special recycled rubber.With the increase of the dosage of TOR modified special recycled rubber,the hardness,tensile strength,elongation,and tear strength of the rubber material show a downward trend,while the compression permanent deformation shows an upward trend.After aging,the hardness and tensile strength of the rubber material are greater than before aging,and the elongation is lower than before aging.After high temperature and oil resistance,the hardness,tensile strength,and elongation of the rubber material all decrease.When the dosage of TOR modified special recycled rubber is 12 parts,the cost-effectiveness of the rubber material is the highest,with hardness,tensile strength,elongation,tear strength,and compression set of 72,16.13MPa,39.32kN/m,283%,and 39.5%,respectively.The change rates of tensile strength and elongation after aging are+5.7%and-13.1%,respectively.The change rates of tensile strength and elongation after oil resistance are-8.3%and-19.2%,respectively.
