摘要
目的构建广东省助产本科教师核心胜任力自评量表,用其调查助产本科教师的核心胜任力现状,为助产师资队伍建设提供理论参考。方法在依据文献研究、德尔菲法和层次分析法建立的粤港澳大湾区助产本科教师核心胜任力的评价指标体系的基础上,构建广东省助产本科教师核心胜任力自评量表;采用便利抽样法,选取广东省1家医院和1家医学院校30名助产本科教师或助产本科管理者进行预调查和信效度检验,形成最终的量表版本。通过分层随机抽样法选取33家广东省医院和医学院校的233位助产教师,采用所构建的量表进行正式调查和信效度检验。结果正式量表分为3个维度和18个条目:结构质量(3个条目)、过程质量(10个条目)、结果质量(5个条目);总分为90分,得分越高,代表助产本科教师的核心胜任力越高。量表总Cronbachα系数为0.916,Spearman-Brown折半信度系数值为0.775,各维度信度Cronbach’sα系数为0.725~0.964;内容效度I-CVI值为0.70~1.00,S-CVI值为0.60,平均CVI值为0.9;KMO值为0.887,Bartlett球形度检验达显著水平(P<0.05),适合进行因子分析。共提取出3个因子,特征根值均大于1,旋转后累积方差解释率为77.139%,所有条目对应的共同度值均高于0.4。应用该量表的调查结果显示,广东省助产本科教师的核心胜任力均分为(61.82±14.4)分,占总分的比例为68.89%。结论本自评量表具有良好信效度,可为助产师资队伍建设提供有效的评价工具;管理者需关注助产教师的继续教育,规范化其岗前及岗位培训,提升其核心胜任力水平。
Objective:To construct the self-assessment scale for core competency of undergraduate midwifery teachers in Guangdong province,in order to investigate the current status of core competency of undergraduate midwifery teachers,and provide theoretical reference for the construction of midwifery teachers.Methods:Based on the evaluation index system of core competency of midwifery undergraduate teachers in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area by literature research,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy method,a self-assessment scale of core competency of midwifery undergraduate teachers in Guangdong Province was constructed.Using the convenience sampling method,30 midwifery undergraduate teachers or midwifery managers from one hospital and one medical school in Guangdong province were selected for pre-investigation and reliability and validity testing,and the final scale version was formed.A total of 233 midwifery teachers from 33 hospitals and medical schools in Guangdong province were selected by stratified random sampling,and the constructed scales were used for formal investigation and reliability and validity tests.Results:The formal scale included 3 dimensions and 18 items:structural quality(3 items),process quality(10 items),and result quality(5 items).The overall score was 90 points,and the higher the score,the higher the core competence of the midwifery undergraduate teacher.The total Cronbach α coefficient of the scale was 0.916,the Spearman-Brown half-fold reliability coefficient value was 0.775,and the ranges of Cronbach’sαcoefficient of reliability of each dimension was 0.725-0.964.The content validity I-CVI value was 0.70-1.00,and the S-CVI value was 0.60,and the average CVI value was 0.9.KMO value was 0.887,and the Bartlett sphericity test reached a significant level(P<0.05),suitable for factor analysis.Three factors were extracted,the eigen root values were greater than 1.The cumulative variance interpretation rate after rotation was 77.139%,and all the commonality values corresponding to all entries were higher than 0.4.The survey results using this scale showed that the average core competency score of midwifery undergraduate teachers in Guangdong Province was(61.82±14.4),accounting for 68.89%of the total score.Conclusions:The self-assessment scale has good reliability and validity,and can provide an effective evaluation tool for the construction of midwifery teachers.Managers should pay attention to the continuing education of midwifery teachers,standardize their pre-service and post training,and improve their core competency.
