摘要
伴随社会转型加速和人口流动增加,当前家庭教育缺失现象日益突出,部分学生因家庭教育缺失而引发价值观念扭曲、心理素质差、性格内向胆怯等一系列问题。妥善解决这些问题不仅关系到社会和谐和稳定,也关系到新时代教育强国的建设和发展。为保障我国青少年健康成长,学校作为青少年的第二家庭,应主动从体制机制入手,通过增设辅助课堂、丰富校园文化、重视网络资源、提升人文关怀、整合社会资源等举措,形成多方教育联动机制,共同促进家庭教育缺失的学生全面健康成长。
Along with the acceleration of social transformation and the increase of population’s mobility,the phenomenon of the lack of family education is becoming more and more prominent,and some students’lack of family education has led to a series of problems such as distorted values,poor psychological quality,introverted and timid character.Proper resolution of these problems is not only related to social harmony and stability,but also to the construction and development of a powerful nation of education in the new era.In order to ensure the healthy growth of our youth,schools,as the second family of youth,should take the initiative to start from the institutional mechanism,by measures of adding supplementary classes,enriching campus culture,paying attention to online resources,enhancing humanistic care,integrating social resources to form a multi-educational linkage mechanism to jointly promote the comprehensive and healthy growth of students who are lack of family education.
